The project is a collaboration between America’s largest coliving company, 常见的, and real estate company, Tishman Speyer. 在一起 they will focus on both ground-up coliving developments as well as retrofitting older multi-family buildings. The first property will launch inside an existing Tishman Speyer building in Queens while a new purpose-built 亲属 project is simultaneously in the works.

The apartments at 亲属 are designed specifically for families, all the way from baby-proof cabinets to out of sight charging stations.
